The Friendship Coach.
For over 30 years, I've worked with neurodivergent children and adults, supporting the development of the social and emotional foundations needed to make and keep friends.
That experience shapes how I lead this membership — with a deep understanding of development, readiness, and how growth unfolds over time.
Inside Parenting REdefined, I help you understand what you're seeing beneath the surface, clarify what matters most right now, and decide what to support next — and what can wait.
You are the one walking the path with your child day to day. I lead the process, offer perspective, and guide our work so you're not guessing or carrying it alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy or a replacement for professional services?
No. This membership is parent coaching and educational support. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. The focus is on helping you as a parent better understand and support your child using practical, emotionally-informed guidance.
What happens during the live group coaching calls?
Each call begins with a focused 10–20 minute teaching presentation by Noriko — practical, real-world guidance you can apply right away. This portion is recorded and shared with all members. The remainder of the call is open Q&A and live group coaching. Open discussion is not recorded, keeping our conversations private. You're never required to speak — listening is completely welcome.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
No problem. The teaching and presentation portions are recorded and sent directly to your inbox so you can watch on your own schedule and still benefit from the guidance.
How personal is the guidance in a group setting?
While this is a group format, the guidance is very practical and specific. Many parents are surprised by how often other parents' questions directly apply to their own situation. You can also submit your questions ahead of time or email Noriko directly between sessions.
How long am I committed to the membership?
There's no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Your cancellation takes effect immediately and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Monthly fees are non-refundable. The complimentary Welcome Session is provided as a gift upon joining and is not refundable or transferable regardless of membership status.
Who is this membership best suited for?
This membership is ideal for parents who want ongoing support and appreciate having expert guidance as new challenges arise. If you prefer one-time solutions or working entirely on your own, this may not be the right fit — and that's okay.
Do I need to have completed Friendship Foundations™ first?
Friendship Foundations™ gives you the shared language and perspective we use inside the membership. It is helpful but not required.
